South Cherokee County Post 316 was chartered in 2002 and currently has some 150 members. Our meeting locations have changed through the years and we are currently meeting on third(3rd) Thursday of each month at the Woodstock Community Church, Community Building. The church is located in downtown Woodstock, You can go to link "contact us" and view a list of the current officers and their phone numbers in the event you need directions or more information about our post and its activities. Viewing our website as you have will provide much information of current and future activities and many links for all sorts of information germaine to veterans and the activities of the American Legion upline organizations . 

Our post has been very active in carrying out many of the core programs and has great visibility in the community. We are proud of our tag" The Biggest Little Post in Georgia"  Come join us at one of our meetijngs or community events.
